  • Welcome to Deep Care Spa, one of the best luxury spas in Dubai offering premium massage therapies, facials, body treatments, Moroccan baths, and home-spa services for Dubai residents and tourists. By accessing our website, booking our services, or using any service provided by Deep Care Spa, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

    1. Introduction

    These Terms & Conditions govern the use of:

    By booking with us, you acknowledge that:

    • You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

    • You are legally eligible to receive spa and wellness services in Dubai.

    • You comply with all applicable Dubai/UAE regulations regarding personal care services.

    2. Definitions

    • “Deep Care Spa” refers to our brand, services, contractors, and licensed wellness professionals.

    • “Client” refers to any person booking or receiving our services.

    • “Services” include spa treatments, massage therapies, Moroccan baths, facials, body treatments, beauty services, and home-spa services.

    • “Appointment” refers to any confirmed booking made via website, WhatsApp, email, phone, or walk-in.

    3. Service Eligibility (Dubai Regulations)

    Deep Care Spa follows all UAE and Dubai Municipality health, hygiene, and professional care regulations.

    To receive our services, clients must:

    • Be 18 years or older (as per Dubai spa regulations).

    • Provide accurate health information including allergies, pregnancy status, chronic conditions, or recent surgeries.

    • Agree that our treatments are wellness and relaxation-based, not medical procedures.

    • Follow Dubai cultural, modesty, and professional behavior rules.

    4. Licensed Therapists & Hygiene Compliance

    • All therapists assigned by Deep Care Spa are licensed, trained, professionally contracted, and background-verified.

    • We follow strict Dubai hygiene standards:

      • Sterilized and disposable equipment

      • Clean linens for every client

      • Sanitized tools

      • Use of organic, premium-quality oils and products

    • Home-service therapists arrive fully equipped, carrying clean, sterilized, hygienic materials.

    5. Booking & Appointment Policy

    Appointments can be booked through:

    Operating Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
    (Subject to service type and therapist availability)

    Sessions range from 60 to 120 minutes, depending on the selected treatment.

    Booking Confirmation

    A booking is considered confirmed when you receive a WhatsApp, phone, or email confirmation.

    Therapist Assignment

    We assign therapists based on:

    • Location of client

    • Therapist availability

    • Requested specialization (male, female, or specific therapy)

    6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy (Dubai Standard Practices)

    To ensure smooth scheduling and fair distribution of therapist availability:

    ✔ Cancellation Policy

    • Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours prior to your appointment.

    • Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee as permitted under Dubai service industry guidelines.

    ✔ Rescheduling Policy

    • Rescheduling requires minimum 2 hours notice.

    • Requests under 2 hours may result in a service adjustment fee.

    ✔ No-Show Policy

    Clients who fail to attend without notice will be charged the full service amount.

    7. Health Conditions & Safety Disclosure

    Clients MUST inform us of:

    • Allergies (especially to oils, honey, oats, herbs, aroma blends)

    • Pregnancy

    • Cardiovascular conditions

    • Recent surgeries

    • Skin infections or open wounds

    • Any medical condition requiring clearance

    Deep Care Spa reserves the right to decline treatments that may risk client health or violate Dubai health regulations.

    8. Payment Terms

    We accept all major payment methods, including:

    • Cash

    • Debit/Credit Cards

    • Online Transfer

    • Secure payment links (where available)

    Payment must be made before or immediately after the session.

    No refunds are provided for completed services unless legally required.

    9. Home-Spa Service Terms

    For home, hotel, or office services:

    • Client must provide a clean and safe space.

    • Our therapists may refuse service if conditions compromise hygiene or safety.

    • Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session with full charges applied.

    10. Service Descriptions & Prices

    All services listed on the website or promotional material (spa, massage, facials, Moroccan baths, body wraps, grooming, etc.) are subject to availability.

    Prices shown are subject to change without prior notice.
    Dubai taxes/VAT may apply.

    11. Wellness Disclaimer

    Deep Care Spa provides relaxation and wellness services only.
    We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.
    Clients receiving physiotherapy-style treatments must understand that these are complementary services, not a substitute for medical advice.

    12. Privacy & Data Protection

    We comply with UAE data protection laws.
    We collect personal information only to:

    • Confirm bookings

    • Provide services

    • Improve customer experience

    • Follow legal requirements

    Deep Care Spa never sells or shares personal data with third parties except booking contractors assigned to your area.

    13. Intellectual Property

    Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

    14. Prohibited Conduct

    Clients must NOT:

    • Request illegal, inappropriate, or non-professional services

    • Behave disrespectfully with therapists

    • Record therapists without consent

    • Misrepresent health information

    • Book fraudulent appointments

    Violations may result in service refusal and legal action under UAE law.

    15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

    These Terms & Conditions are governed by:
    Dubai Laws and the Federal Laws of the UAE.

    Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai.
